About me…
I’m a regular guy that writes this online journal of life in a cancer home. There are some amazing lessons here…and I guess I need/want to share them. I’ve been putting this off for quite some time, but it’s been bugging me that there are precious few “Owner’s Manuals” on living with the dying.

The short version is that my wife, Laura, has Stage IV Breast Cancer, and I hate it. I am a whiner but I think I have some lessons to teach. The more I whine the more clarity I seem to achieve.
Oh…and I’m a self-absorbed bastard too, so you’ll want to keep that in mind as you read.
